We are looking for creative works that viscerally respond to government-commissioned photographs taken during the American occupation (1898-1946), vis-a-vis the present or the future.

We are open to publishing manifestos, notes, poems, fiction, photographs, prints, short films, plays, hybrid texts, new media art, etc. in this website. Open to works in English and all Philippine languages.

There is no deadline. You may submit all throughout the year. Open only to Filipinos in the Philippines and to those in the diaspora.
